Lawmakers in Illinois voted to pass a bill that would allow Illinoisans over the age of 21 to use Marijuana for recreational use. Illinois will become the 11th state to fully legalize the drug. Tom Schuba of the Chicago Sun-Times joined us in studio to break down the details of the bill.
