Craig Rosenstein talks to ABC news about the Medical Marijuana loophole here in Arizona, where legal medical marijuana users are facing jail time, fines and suspended licenses all because they have trace amounts of THC in their system when they are pulled over. Marijuana can be detected in your system up to 30 days after use. When they are in court accused of a DUI, they are not even allowed to mention that they are a Medical Marijuana holder. Craig Rosenstein is calling for lawmakers to look at this law and amend the wording so legal users with medical marijuana cards cannot be convicted of a DUI with trace amounts of THC in their system.
